Virginia’s Historic Trees
In the early 1930s, Sally Smith Rowbotham collected information on historic trees as chair of the Historic Trees Committee. She compiled this booklet to preserve the information that she had collected. Nancy Simmons, State Historian 2019-2022, created this PDF version from photos she took of an original copy that is available at the Library of Virginia.
