Virginia Daughters invite you to discover how you can join Daughters of the American Revolution. DAR is open to all women aged 18 or older who directly descend from a patriot of the American Revolution.
Membership in DAR honors and preserves the legacy of your patriot ancestor. Over two hundred years ago, American patriots fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today.
As a member of DAR, through participation in the National Society's various programs and activities, you can continue this legacy by actively supporting historic preservation, promotion of education, and patriotic endeavors. For more information about requirements, please visit the NSDAR webpage.
After you determine if you are eligible, NSDAR has an application process for membership.
