Our History
Celebrating over 10 years of service to the community, Susannah Chandler Chapter, NSDAR, was organized in 2002 by Mrs. Martha J. Sukites in Locust Grove, Virginia.
Behind the Name
The chapter is named after a local Orange County patriot. In 1781, Susannah protected her children and neighbors from British raiding, reportedly including Colonel Banastre Tarleton.

Meetings
Our chapter meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month, September through May.
